Fajita Spice Mix
This can be made and stored for a long time as it uses only ground spices.
Ingredients
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
Mix all the ingredients together
The spice mix can be stored in an airtight container
