Hummus



Ingredients
125g canned chickpeas, drained
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt and black pepper

Method
Put all the ingredients into a liquidiser/food processer
Liquidise for 30-60 secs until a puree is formed
