Pesto



Ingredients
25g fresh basil
50g pine nuts
1 clove garlic
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
50g grated parmesan
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method
Place the pine nuts, basil, garlic and parmesan into a food processor and blitz for a few seconds
Add the olive oil and mix well
Season with salt and ground black pepper
