Sweet And Sour Sauce
Ingredients
2 tbsp cornflour
6 tbsp water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp malt vinegar
2 tbsp pineapple juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
Method
In a small saucepan mix the cornflour with a little of the water to for a paste
Add the remaining ingredients
Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes until thickened
